Yes, we offer a limited warranty on repair works. Thirty days spare part and service warranty for the specific repair work. This limited warranty does not extend to new issues or damage resulting from other factors, including general wear and tear.

No. In our experience, the quality control process of rigorously testing repair work completed is as necessary as the repair itself. Because of this, we do not offer same day repair works.

After your order is processed, local delivery in Ghana takes anywhere from same-day delivery to within 2 business days, depending on your location. International shipping generally takes anywhere from 5 to 15 business days. We ship all of our packages out of Ghana. The exact shipping time depends on your proximity to our location.

It depends on the extent of the damage and the availability of spare parts.

We always strive to have spare parts available to ensure a smooth repair process. When spare parts are not available, we order in for your repair work.

Yes, we offer a limited warranty on our drone products in line with manufacturer guidelines. Kindly check our detailed warranty policy.

Kindly bring along your drone with its camera, remote controller, one battery and battery charger only. We do not require propellers, SD Cards, Micro USB Cable etc; please do not include these.

No, at the moment, purchases cannot be made directly on our website. We will not ask you for credit card or payment card details on our website or any medium. We take payment by direct bank transfer, cheque, cash or money transfer. Kindly contact one of our sales specialists or email us if you would like to make a purchase.

No. The rental period begins when you receive or pick up the drone and ends the day you ship back or return it.

We take the utmost care in ensuring diligence and care with our client drones to reduce the risk of such occurrence. Our technical centre has an all asset risk insurance cover. If your drone gets damaged or stolen whilst in our possession, we take responsibility for it. We will repair it (if damaged) or replace it (if stolen) with the same model, considering the market value of the drone at the time of the issue.

Drone maintenance needs vary depending on the drone model and intensity of use. In general, the earlier of the six-month interval or 100 hours of flight time.

No, the rental price does not include insurance. You will need to provide your valid insurance policy that covers hired goods and specifies drones

The answer is both Yes and No. Yes. It includes replacing routine spare parts and accessories like propellers, missing or damaged screws, gimbal clamps and cables. No. It does not include replacing core components, airframe, motors, gimbal and camera, landing gear, etc.

If the drone is crashed or involved in an accident, please notify us immediately of the damage. We will assist with the process from there.
